Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 July 2026 · Applies to www.rrcpr.com.au and all course bookings
These terms govern your use of www.rrcpr.com.au and any course booked with Rapid Response First Aid & CPR Training (RTO 32154). By booking a course or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or booking a course through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the site or book a course.
Course bookings & payment
Course places are confirmed once full payment (or an agreed deposit for onsite/group bookings) has been received. Prices displayed on the website are in AUD and may change without notice, though a confirmed booking will honour the price paid at the time of booking.
It's your responsibility to check the course code (e.g. HLTAID009, HLTAID011, HLTAID012), date, and venue before completing a booking, as these determine the units of competency you'll be assessed against.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We understand plans change. As a general guide:
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made with more than 48 hours' notice before the course start time can be moved to another available session at no charge.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the course, or no-shows, may incur a rebooking fee or forfeit the course fee.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule a course (for example, due to low enrolment or instructor availability), we'll offer you the next available session or a full refund.
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change a booking — we'll always try to find a workable solution.
Attendance & assessment
Our courses are nationally recognised units of competency delivered under RTO 32154, which means full attendance and successful completion of practical and/or written assessment is required to be issued a Statement of Attainment. Arriving significantly late, leaving early, or missing components of the course may mean we're unable to assess you as competent on the day.
If you're not assessed as competent, we'll work with you on the options available, which may include additional practice or a re-assessment.
Certification
On successful completion, you'll receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment. As a general guide, CPR (HLTAID009) is recommended for renewal every 12 months, and full First Aid (HLTAID011) every 3 years, in line with national guidelines — though your employer or industry may have different requirements.
Onsite training
For onsite/group bookings at your workplace or venue, you're responsible for providing a suitable training space (adequate floor space, power, and a clean environment for practical CPR practice) and for the safety of your own premises. We'll confirm specific space and equipment requirements with you when booking.
Website use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, security, or the experience of other visitors.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, course materials, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Rapid Response First Aid & CPR Training and may not be reproduced or reused without our written permission.
Liability
While we take care to ensure the information on this website and in our courses is accurate and current, first aid and CPR guidelines can be updated by national bodies from time to time, and course content is delivered in line with the guidelines current at the time of training. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information provided outside a formal training session.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our courses, policies, or legal requirements. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
