In an emergency, the first few minutes matter most — often before an ambulance can arrive. Trained first aiders can stabilise a casualty, perform CPR, and prevent a situation from getting worse, which meaningfully improves survival and recovery outcomes.

Anyone can benefit — but it's especially important for workplaces, educators and childcare staff, tradespeople, hospitality and fitness workers, and parents or carers. Many workplaces also require it under WHS obligations.

Under national guidelines, CPR (HLTAID009) should be renewed every 12 months, and full First Aid certification (HLTAID011) every 3 years, to keep your skills and knowledge current.

No prior medical knowledge or experience is required. Our courses are built for complete beginners, with hands-on, real-world scenarios that build your confidence step by step.

Rapid Response trains in partnership with Immediate Response First Aid Training (RTO 32154), so every certificate you receive is nationally recognised and accredited through their registered training organisation status.
