We started Rapid Response because preparedness shouldn't be an afterthought.
Rapid Response First Aid & CPR Training was founded after years spent working on the front line of safety and emergency response — and seeing, time and again, how much of a difference a trained bystander can make in those first critical minutes.
So we built a training business around that idea: nationally accredited courses that are 100% face-to-face, hands-on, and realistic — no online pre-learning required, everything covered during the session.
Today we run courses across NSW, both in our own sessions and on-site at workplaces, childcare centres, and community groups who want their teams genuinely ready, not just ticking a compliance box.

Danny Nehme founded Rapid Response First Aid & CPR Training after more than 15 years working in safety and protection roles, where first aid and CPR weren't theoretical — they were skills he relied on.
That experience shapes every course we run. Danny still teaches many sessions personally, and every instructor on our team is chosen for the same thing: real-world experience they can bring into the room, alongside the nationally recognised curriculum.

Courses delivered under RTO 32154
Nationally recognised units of competency, so your certificate holds up anywhere in Australia.
CPR
Covers the knowledge and skills required to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, manage and assess an emergency situation. Renewal recommended every 12 months.
Provide First Aid
Learn the skills and knowledge to provide first aid response and life support, and manage casualties and other first aiders on scene. Valid for 3 years.
Childcare / Educator First Aid
Provide first aid in an education and care setting — built specifically for educators and support staff, including anaphylaxis and asthma management.
Of Australians who suffer a cardiac arrest receive CPR from a bystander while waiting for an ambulance, according to the National Heart Foundation. CPR more than doubles the chance of survival.

First Aid Training Across NSW — In Partnership with IRFA RTO 32154
Rapid Response is a training partner of Immediate Response First Aid Training (IRFA), a nationally registered training organisation, RTO 32154. Every course delivers nationally recognised Statements of Attainment under IRFA's RTO registration, regulated by ASQA.
All courses are taught and assessed in line with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines and meet Safe Work Australia workplace first aid requirements.
