In accordance with Australian Resuscitation Council Guidelines, First Aid training is valid for 3 years, however, CPR qualifications must be refreshed annually.

No prior medical knowledge is required to take a first aid and CPR course. These courses are designed to be accessible to individuals with varying backgrounds and experience levels. Trained instructors guide participants through each step of the learning process.

First Aid and CPR courses cover a range of topics including CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants; treatment for choking; Asthma and Anaphylaxis; managing bleeding; recognizing and responding to heart attacks, strokes, and other medical emergencies; and using automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
